The building is designed and built by Vipat & Associates to showcase various green and sustainable measures and practices , creating awareness and promoting Green awareness.

The project is designed as a Net Zero Building and 100% of the buildings annual energy consumption is sourced through on site Renewable source.

The project has achieved LEED PLATINUM certification under LEED India NC version 1.0.

2008-2018 (built in stages)

Spread over 15 hectares of green landscape area, Omega Renk bearings is state of art machining plant in collaboration with Renk of Germany. The campus has four air-conditioned and double glazed units of 1500 sq. mtr. The administration block is of 700 sq. mtr.

Precision machines of DMG Mori Seiki and Carl Zeiss are installed on special machine foundation floors.

The plant is fed with 2.5 MW/day of electricity through its solar panels.

The campus is designed by Vipat and Associates to be aesthetic yet functional.

Completed 2020

Jash Precision completed in 2020 is a 5,500 sq.mt project (Phase-1). Vipat& Associates has designed the structure to handle cranes of 25 metric tonnes. The foundations of the structure are ‘Heavy machine foundations’ for VMC’s and Mazak machines. The Plant manufactures high precision surface plates.

Completed: 2019

Built in two phases Hindustan Equipment Pvt. Ltd is a 24,000 sq.mtr fabrication plant. It is a conventional building, built to very high standards for handling multiple cranes of 15 Mt.

The plant manufactures machinery for Animal feed-produce.

2018- 2019

Parakh Agro Limited are the manufacturers of flour and flour products.

The plant at Dewas has a production capacity of 800 metric tonnes per day.

The plant has an area of 15,000 sq. mtr and is designed by Vipat and Associates as per Vastu. Silo’s provide a storage for 15,000 metric tonnes each.

The campus also has staff housing with flats and workers housing.

Completed: 2015

MDS Coatings is a compact 3,000 sq.mt. High end paint shop and powder coating unit for John Deere Tractors. The facility is totally dust free and well ventilated to achieve the best results of output for exports components.

2013-2018 (expansion)

The company is in manufacturing of sewage treatment plants and large canal gates and screw type hydro power generators, majorly for exports.

The manufacturing facility is designed by Vipat and Associates for an area of 12000 sq. mtr. of bay spaces and loading up to 25 metric tonne capacity.

The shot blasting and pickling facility and total construction equipment and planning services is provided by Vipat and Associates.

As a repeat order, a similar type of facility of 5000 sq. mtr. area is under way at Pithampur SEZ.

Completed: 2014

The facility is Asia’s largest spring and coir mattress manufacturing unit with a construction area of 27,000 sq. mtr. It is equipped with sate of art German machinery which is capable of rolling out loafs of foam up to 30 meters in length. The loafs of foam is then cut into pieces and automatically stored into pigeon compartments.

The manufacturing plant has fulfilled all the norms and requirements of the furniture manufacturer IKEA and are supplying to the middle eastern market and soon to the Indian markets.

2009- 2018 (built in stages)

Parakh Agro Limited are the manufacturers of ‘Samrat’ atta.

The plant at Nimrani has a production capacity of 700 metric tonnes per day and a similar plant of 800 metric tonnes per day is being built at Dewas. The multi storeyed building of 30 mtr. height is designed for heavy loads of 1000 kgs/ sq. mtr. Bühler of Switzerland and Alapala from Turkey has provided with state of art flour Mills.

The Nimrani campus has a large administration block, staff housing of 50 flats and workers housing for 200 workers.

Both the plants at Nimrani and at Dewas have a plant area of 16,000 sq. mtr each and are designed by Vipat and Associates as per Vastu. Silo’s provide a storage for 15,000 metric tonnes each.

Completed: 2010

The modern soya bean processing plant was built and was operative in record period of 9 months. Initial construction area of 15,000 sq. mtr. is now over 30,000 sq. mtr. in area. The silo storage is of 35000 metric tonnes.

There was a recent addition of a sophisticated Lecithin extraction plant. It is designed to produce over 12 Tonnes of Lecithin per day with highest levels of construction technologies by Vipat and Associates.

Completed: 2010

The green field project was built for Indotech machine tools who are in collaboration with Danobat of Spain. The project was completed in a short period time of seven months including design to production. The state of art plant has 5000 sq. mtr. of production spaces and offices of 600 sq. mtr. Multiple bay cranes with no internal drains has appealing aesthetics and colour schemes of Danobat’s global identity. Heavy duty foundations for press and VMC’s are incorporated in the flooring.

The work was acclaimed by Danobat’s global team with a token bonus and letter of appreciation to Mr. Ravi Vipat.

2015

Mahindra 2Wheelers is a major two wheeler manufacturer of India. The Industrial Unit at Pithampur has a planned production capacity of 1200 vehicles per day along with a covered storage and dispatch area for 7000 bikes and scooters.

An innovative concept was proposed and implemented by Vipat and Associates for the facility. A building of two floors of 5500 sq. mtr. each was designed. It allows the loading of trucks at both level at the same time, reducing the loading time by 50%.

Numerous other interiors, offices spaces and operational areas within the campus are designed and executed by Vipat and Associates.

2008-2014 (completed in stages)

The manufacturing plant for spring and coir mattresses was built in two phases 1st  phase of 9000 sq. mtr. in 2008 and 2nd phase of 8500 sq. mtr. in 2014.

The plant comprises a cluster of eight P.E.B buildings which are designed as per vastu and  are equipped with fire safety distancing.

Recently the facility was out fitted with 500kva/day solar power system.

2007-2010 (Built in stages)

STI Phoenix set up a garment export unit for the brand ‘Maxmara’ from Europe in Rau near Indore.

Vipat and Associates designed and executed the dream project of their Fashion Designer. The 15,000 sq. mtr. state of the art multi-storeyed structure is in P.E.B and R.C.C. The plant is completely air cooled and has a glass facia.

In front of the manufacturing plant is a 1,000 sq. ft Italian styled villa residence for the designer with swimming pool and lavish landscaping.      

The campus also has row houses for executives, 16 apartments in configuration of 1,2 and 3 BHK for managers and staff along with a dormitory for 200 workers.

1986-2007 (Built in stages)

Vipat and Associates has worked with Eicher from 1986. Vipat and Associates won the competition over major Architects from Delhi for the project of plant office interiors and office interiors of the area of 25000 sq. mtr.

Subsequently we designed and executed the office interiors for Eicher Tractors at Alwar, Faridabad and Mandedeep of combined area of 50,000 Sq. mtr.

The initial plant at Pithampur was of the area of 7,000 sq. mtr. Vipat and Associates were the sole architects and engineering consultants for Eicher from 1992-2006. We expanded the manufacturing complex 5 folds to an area of 35,000 sq. mtr. Expansion was done to the powertrain line, cab weld line, engine testing, training centre and prototyping area.    

2007-2010 (completed in stages)

Situated over an area of 292 acres near Indore on hilltop.

Vipat and Associates designed and provided project monitoring services for the 2nd phase of expansion of IIM Indore. The expansion included classrooms, faculty area, canteen, 4 hostel blocks, 36 married student studio apartments, 16 faculty bungalows and 40 flats for the support staff.

Complying to the stringent rules of CPWD and central government the highest specification of construction technology was used to construct an area above 25,000 sq. mtr.

1997-2006 (built in stages)

Vipat and Associates has a long association with the Worlds number- 1 Radial tyre manufactures, Bridgestone. Our services to Bridgestone started with office interiors of 700 sq. mtr. The Japanese clients were very pleased with our services and asked us to design the housing complex. The housing complex of 4,000 sq. mtr. for the Japanese executives and managers consist of fully furnished 14 flats, 20 studio apartments and 2 bungalows.  

In an astonishing time of 40 days the office interiors were completed. This was particularly as challenging task as the civil work of the building was also in full swing. This was appreciated by the Managing Director of Bridgestone with a bonus cheque of Rs. 50,000.

The original Manufacturing plant was executed by the Japanese engineering giants TOYO. However, their costs were phenomenal. Vipat and Associates took on the mammoth task of designing and project monitoring 16,000 sq. mtr. plant as per the Japanese standards.  We executed the project with 40% lesser costs with even higher specifications and quality of construction.   

1998-2005

Vipat and Associates have been in the impaneled architects for State bank of India for the State of Madhya Pradesh & Chattisgarh .
